Fargo & Co., set within the reclaimed vaults of a historic 1907 state bank, is a sprawling two-story bar that does it all — from bottomless brunches and bagel towers to caviar bumps and late-night soirees. As Venue Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations of this multifaceted venue. We’re seeking a dynamic leader with proven experience managing high-volume, entertainment-focused venues. Essential requirements: 2-3 years of Venue Management experience in an Entertainment lead, high-volume F&B venue Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends Write and control an effective roster Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss Train, performance manage, and motivate staff Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area We value the diversity of our employees' experiences, talents, and cultures.
